Jugaad Street

Jugaad is a colloquial Hindi-Urdu word that can mean an innovative fix or a simple work-around. Jugaad street restaurant was intended as the cool new hangout to get a quick yummy fix to hunger pangs. The menu was experimental and quirky with a lot of cross pollination of tastes. I had a lot of fun working on this project since I love food. I also photographed and styled the food along with branding the place.

The symbology used here is an iron girdle or tawa which is balanced on a brick as one of the four legs. This is keeping mind what "jugaad" represents.
